Sorry I haven't been posting anything ... I have been riding an emotional roller coaster brought on by the sudden demanding attention to the care of my only aunt and her declining health. Perhaps I should have continued to blog through it all, perhaps it would have helped me sort things out but the situation was a bit overwhelming and not as upbeat as I like to be.
She is getting stronger, safely tucked away in a good nursing home and her children are stepping up to make decisions for which I didn't want responsibility.
I was actually able to prepare our evening meal and do some laundry without guilt of leaving her unattended.
So, I plan to be posting images and art topics soon.
I hope when life races towards you at speeds you weren't expecting, you remember to buckle up and hang on.
