I am in a kind of funk,
a low place,
tired,
want to take a nap,
not being productive ....
you catch my drift.
After the rush of painting nonstop last week, I have nothing (ha) but a mess to clean up ... and
a list of smaller jobs that I put off to complete the MAY FLOWERS series.
I hope if any of you are in the INDY area, you will be able to get over to see the series up on the wall during the month of MAY.
Well, I feel better just writing this and getting if off my chest .... I am headed to the studio to finish cleaning up and get a little project started ....
I hope your Monday was more productive than mine .... let me know what you do to get out of your low place.

Focus on something entirely different. Write a letter, play with some scrapbook paper, make an ATC.....have tea and put your feet up and ignore everything for a bit.
ReplyDeleteI was out collecting maple keys before this big storm rolls in, and shooting pics of the sushine locust against a mean sky.
It's all the other *stuff* you do that helps to fell that creative well back up---I think it was almost pumped dry last week. ;)

Four students through out the day so my brain will swirl around that energy and get recharged ... I am not usually as drained as I felt yesterday!
