I am "almost" back in the groove of creating and teaching - almost moving in a totally forward motion. It was so worth it to visit with my kids and spend time with them. They have grown into interesting young adults and they make me beam with pride.
I am ready to post a mixed media piece I created for the local Jazz Fest that occurs this weekend. The promoters provided 2ft x 4ft boards for many area artists to work on and I have created a mixed media image of a sax player. I am pleased with the results. I look forward to seeing what the other artists create on their boards. I will try to post some of them for you to view.
The music at this local fest will be jazz and blues, professional and local talent! I will be painting to the music on Saturday the 16th around 6 pm. I am very excited about this event and will have images to share. That will really put me in the groove!
